How do I track my orders?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.We will also send you a separate email with a tracking code for your shipment. 

What is the Shipping time?

The typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

My received item was damaged, How can I return it? 

Please contact us sales@Luxurybodyfitness.com and also please attach an image of the damaged product in the email. we will try to immediately resolve your issues. 

How many days do I have to return the product?

You have one week from the day you receive your package in mail to return it. If you would like to return the product after a week, then please contact us at Luxurybodyfitness@gmail.com, we will be happy to help you.
